Lost, Season 3, Episode 15
An episode of ABC's popular drama, Lost, generated quite a bit of activity at our office when the show used an ALS device in one of its scenes, and our logo and even our address was clearly visible. The guy on call that night said, "Yeah, the calls started around 11 PM and went on all night."
The segment of the show that used our device is shown below. It needs to be noted, however, that the device used in the film is inert; a dummy, so to speak. The real world device is actually a CS tear gas grenade. On the show, the deployed gas causes the character to fall asleep. In real life, this device would have caused tearing of the eyes, coughing, sneezing, mucous production, and respiratory irritation---anything but passing out!
